Warranty Policy
Bitechkart Warranty Policy is designed to provide our customers with clear information regarding support for their Bitechkart products during the warranty period, ensuring confidence in their ownership and usage.
Repair or replacement will be carried out through Bitechkart Service Centres. This Warranty is applicable if the product is within the warranty period AND meets the following conditions:
- This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.
- The product is a genuine Bitechkart Product with a valid supporting invoice/bill, which the customer must provide to Bitechkart at the time of the request.
- The product has been used according to the instructions in the user manual and is free from physical damage. Physically damaged products will not be covered under warranty but may be evaluated for paid repairs/replacements. The product must be physically brought to our service center.
- No repair attempts have been made by unauthorized persons before sending the product to Bitechkart.
- Defects are NOT caused by improper use, as determined by Bitechkart personnel.
- NO modification or alteration of any nature has been made to the circuitry, software, or body of the product.
- Defects are NOT due to causes beyond control such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or damage during transit to a service center or the purchaser’s residence.
- The product will be deemed out of warranty if a customer uses the product with non-standard accessories (adaptors, cables) that do not meet the ratings specified in the product specifications or if Bitechkart provides accessories with the product and the customer chooses to use other substandard or different specification accessories.
- All expenses and risks associated with shipping the unit to Bitechkart’s service center/authorized service center will be borne by the customer.
- Failure to ship the damaged parts/Product back to us may result in you being charged for the replacement part or Product at the invoice price or MRP, whichever is applicable.
- In case of transportation/courier-related damages arising NOT because of Bitechkart, when the product is sent to the Bitechkart service center, it will be treated as “out of warranty” due to physical damage, and repairs will be done on a paid basis.
- Bitechkart will pay for return courier charges only and owns responsibility for any damages/loss during return transit.
- After repair/replacement, the warranty will continue only for the remaining unexpired period of the original warranty. No extension of the warranty period will be provided.
- Bitechkart will retain any replaced parts or components.
- Bitechkart’s obligation shall be limited to repairing or providing a replacement for the defective part(s) only, with the maximum claim, if entertained by Bitechkart, limited to the original purchase price.
- In the event that the product is not repairable, Bitechkart may provide an equivalent product (which may have minor differences) or issue a credit note for the invoice value of the Product. In such cases, the customer must return all accessories of the product. If any accessories are missing, reasonable charges will be deducted for them.
- Due to technological advancements and product availability, you may receive a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original Product you purchased. Product equivalence will be determined solely by Bitechkart.
- This warranty is issued in Delhi, and the Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters covered or arising from this warranty.
